Responsibilities

- Leverage AI/ML analytics to forecast demand and mitigate inventory risks across 3PL networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating ESG compliance into procurement and logistics frameworks
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using SAP SCM and blockchain traceability platforms
- Develop contingency plans for geopolitical disruptions and climate-related supply chain vulnerabilities
- Optimize multimodal transportation networks using real-time visibility tools
- Establish KPI dashboards tracking cost-to-serve and carbon footprint metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive supply chain experience with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA with SCM specialization
- CPIM or CSCP certification required
- Expertise in SAP SCM, Oracle Fusion, and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven success in reducing logistics costs by 15-20% through network optimization
- Experience managing international trade compliance and customs regulations
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
