Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and optimize logistics networks
- Lead vendor negotiations and supplier relationship management
- Oversee inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing supply chain transformation projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Proven track record in reducing operational costs and improving service levels
- Certification in SCMP, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
