Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to align with business objectives and market demands.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation.
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supply chain professionals to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
