Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive, multi-channel global supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing logistics and procurement team to drive continuous operational improvement.
- Oversee Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align supply schedules with volatile market demands.
- Negotiate high-value service level agreements (SLAs) with global third-party logistics (3PL) providers and ocean/air carriers.
- Leverage advanced predictive analytics and SAP/ERP systems to mitigate global supply chain risks and geopolitical disruptions.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including OTIF, inventory turnover, and total landed cost variance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a closely related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or global sourcing.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), CPIM, or equivalent APICS certification.
- Proven expertise utilizing enterprise-level ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of driving down costs while improving supplier performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
