Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations analysts and warehouse logistics coordinators.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and execute data-driven improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are exceeded.
- Coordinate with global procurement teams to forecast demand and align production schedules with market fluctuations.
- Oversee warehouse management systems (WMS) integration and ensure digital transformation initiatives remain on track.
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety regulations and sustainability standards across all distribution channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Expert-level proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced analytical tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with measurable cost-saving results.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote or dispersed teams.
- Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to pivot strategy in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
