Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management to ensure seamless international and domestic freight flow.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure 99% order fulfillment accuracy.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL partners and service providers to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of our distribution network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of global logistics regulations, trade compliance, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable business insights.
