You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate data-driven insights into our daily operations, ensuring that our supply chain remains resilient, scalable, and ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce logistics costs.
- Lead and mentor regional operations teams to maintain high performance in warehouse management and order fulfillment.
- Manage key vendor and carrier relationships to ensure SLA compliance and negotiate favorable contract terms.
- Implement advanced S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to align supply capabilities with market demand.
- Monitor and analyze real-time KPIs to identify bottlenecks and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Oversee international freight forwarding and import/export compliance protocols to minimize transit delays.
- Drive digital transformation projects, including the implementation of new ERP and WMS features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in end-to-end supply chain management within the logistics or manufacturing sectors.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of scaling operations and managing multi-site distribution networks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- APICS (CSCP or CPIM) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
