Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy to optimize costs and maximize service levels.
- Manage relationships with key global suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure SLA compliance.
- Utilize advanced forecasting tools to predict demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies across warehouse operations.
- Oversee multi-modal transportation logistics, including sea, air, and ground distribution channels.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to align budget goals with supply capabilities.
- Develop robust risk mitigation plans to address global supply chain disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven track record of managing global teams and cross-functional complex projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of inventory management and demand planning.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CPIM is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
