You will oversee end-to-end operational excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce overhead costs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable operational solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes to align procurement with market trends.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-based decision-making across the logistics network.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and safety standards across all supply chain facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement.
- Proven track record of improving operational throughput and reducing logistics costs.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of lean methodology and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in high-stakes environments.
