Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turns and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile distribution.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast demand and ensure inventory alignment.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and operations analysts.
- Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and service reliability.
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
