Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce operational costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams across warehousing, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Implement advanced forecasting models to mitigate supply chain disruptions and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage key vendor and carrier relationships, negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) to enhance performance.
- Oversee the integration of automated warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve workflow efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analytics to identify bottlenecks and spearhead process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and safety standards across all distribution sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven expertise in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies or APICS/CSCP certification.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of building successful vendor partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-evolving global business environment.
