- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation logistics.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce operational costs by 15% annually.
- Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Optimize inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers to balance stock availability with capital efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Mentor and develop high-performing warehouse and logistics teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align supply chain outputs with customer demand forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management within a high-growth, fast-paced industry.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory control, and international shipping regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets and multi-million dollar logistics projects.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving change in large organizations.
- APICS (CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
