Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory flow and reduce lead times.
- Manage relationships with key international vendors and third-party logistics partners to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions using predictive analytics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful launch of new distribution channels and market expansions.
- Oversee demand planning processes and collaborate with sales teams to align procurement with market volatility.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards across all hubs.
- Mentor junior logistics coordinators and promote a culture of operational safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain planning software.
- Strong analytical mindset with expert-level skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills with a history of influencing stakeholders.
- APICS (CSCP or CLTD) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
