Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and service levels.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and supply stability.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment workflows.
- Leverage advanced analytics to forecast demand, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, safety standards, and ESG sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-site distribution networks within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
- Expert proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, procurement, and demand planning methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to remain agile in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desired.
