Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve throughput.
- Manage key vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and service level agreements to optimize costs.
- Oversee inventory management systems and demand planning processes to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators and analysts.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement advanced supply chain software (ERP/WMS) updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution networks and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Certification such as CSCP or CLTD from APICS is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
