You will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategies, enhancing vendor relationships, and implementing cutting-edge automation tools to ensure seamless distribution across North America.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery services.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with third-party logistics providers and international suppliers.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate new ERP technologies and automated fulfillment solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and sustainability standards.
- Report directly to the COO on key performance indicators and long-term operational scaling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain leadership or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage predictive analytics for demand forecasting.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of managing complex vendor ecosystems.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of North American freight market dynamics and trade regulations.
