Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage vendor relationships, procurement negotiations, and contract compliance.
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable operational solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, safety standards, and ESG sustainability targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or global logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and vendor portfolios.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- APICS CSCP or CLTD certification is highly desirable.
