Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve lead times and reduce operational expenditure.
- Oversee multi-site warehouse operations and cross-functional logistics partnerships.
- Implement advanced demand planning and inventory optimization models to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage key vendor relationships, conducting regular performance audits and contract negotiations.
- Lead root-cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and implement preventative mitigation frameworks.
- Mentor a team of logistics coordinators to foster a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with local, federal, and international shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, ideally within a high-volume logistics environment.
- Deep proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
- Proven track record of scaling operations and managing complex, multi-modal transportation networks.
- Strong grasp of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
