Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, ensuring seamless flow from procurement to final delivery.
- Analyze logistical KPIs and data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage and optimize relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight forwarders.
- Lead a cross-functional team of coordinators and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Develop inventory forecasts and manage stock levels to prevent stockouts and minimize holding costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations and logistics management.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global shipping regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
