Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and service levels.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse throughput and logistics efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to mitigate supply risks and improve lead times.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
- Oversee demand planning processes and ensure alignment between sales forecasts and operational capacity.
- Mentor and develop high-performing warehouse and logistics management teams.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success in delivery accuracy, cost reduction, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and demand planning software.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.
