Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline procurement, warehousing, and transportation workflows.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with international vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Oversee annual operational budgets and manage capital expenditure projects for facility upgrades.
- Implement advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP enhancements to drive automation.
- Mitigate operational risks through contingency planning and robust supply chain resilience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or distribution management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site distribution networks and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international freight forwarding and carrier management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence decision-making at the executive level.
