Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve fulfillment speed and reduce operational costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and procurement workflows.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service levels and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Oversee warehouse operations and distribution logistics to ensure 99% order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Mentor junior operations staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics projects and improving operational KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-departmental communication skills.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly desirable.
