Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure seamless fulfillment.
- Optimize inventory levels across multiple distribution centers using data-driven forecasting models.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with 3PL providers and international freight carriers.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee demand planning processes, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing departments.
- Mentor a team of logistics coordinators and supply chain analysts to drive high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced supply chain analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international transportation regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business strategies.
- APICS (CSCP/CLTD) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
