Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL providers and regional logistics partners to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and mitigate potential bottlenecks in the distribution network.
- Oversee inventory management strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels across multiple regional hubs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and lean logistics methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards across all regional facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-site distribution networks.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- APICS (CSCP or CLTD) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
