Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with key domestic and international vendors, ensuring seamless service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of advanced ERP and WMS software solutions.
- Analyze complex data sets to forecast demand, mitigate supply chain risks, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Direct warehouse operations and logistics workflows to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery metrics.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics operations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification (Green/Black Belt) is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record of managing global vendor networks and large-scale distribution centers.
