Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve lead times and reduce operational costs.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-border operations.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory replenishment cycles.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies to eliminate process bottlenecks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Oversee the implementation of new ERP and WMS integrations across regional distribution hubs.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and environmental safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with an ability to translate complex data into business strategy.
- Professional certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
