Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce operational costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure 99%+ on-time delivery rates.
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Manage key vendor and carrier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and service level agreements.
- Oversee warehouse operations and ensure full compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the technology team to integrate AI-driven demand forecasting tools.
- Mentor junior supply chain analysts to build a high-performing operations culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced WMS platforms.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operational budgets exceeding $10M.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or SQL for data visualization.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
