Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to align demand forecasting with supply capabilities.
- Oversee relationships with key 3PL providers and international freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies across warehouse operations.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify supply chain bottlenecks and execute corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to identify alternative suppliers and mitigate geopolitical risks.
- Manage departmental budgets and capital investments to support infrastructure scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning software.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in predictive modeling and inventory optimization.
- Professional certification (APICS/CSCP/CPIM or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage distributed teams.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a history of managing multi-million dollar vendor contracts.
