Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring 99.9% on-time delivery across all regional hubs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and Sales teams to align inventory levels with market demand.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for warehouse performance, carrier reliability, and transportation costs.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective service level agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast supply chain disruptions and formulate proactive mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of managing complex distribution networks and large-scale warehouse operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and WMS software.
- Strong analytical mindset with expert-level skills in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP (APICS) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
