Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels with cost-efficiency goals.
- Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate complex procurement contracts.
- Oversee logistics networks to ensure timely, cost-effective product distribution.
- Implement lean methodology across warehouse and fulfillment workflows.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to drive continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and IT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and demand planning tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, remote teams.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or PMP certification is highly preferred.
