Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize cost, lead time, and service quality.
- Oversee warehouse operations and distribution logistics to ensure 99.9% fulfillment accuracy.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
- Lead contract negotiations with 3PL providers and freight forwarders to secure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast demand and align inventory levels.
- Maintain full compliance with safety standards and international trade regulations.
- Mentor and develop a team of logistics coordinators and inventory analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within a global distribution firm.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale inventory systems (ERP/WMS expertise required).
- Expert-level proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance and domestic transportation laws.
- APICS (CPIM or CSCP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
