Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize inventory flow and reduce operational overhead.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the integration of AI-driven demand planning and procurement software.
- Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal lead times and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze complex logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable, long-term process improvements.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure strict adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Mentor junior operations staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within a high-volume supply chain environment.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex logistical challenges under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of lean methodology, Six Sigma principles, and global shipping regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing large, diverse teams across multiple shifts.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly desirable.
