Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, inventory management, and logistics fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse operations to increase throughput and reduce operational overhead by 15% annually.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key global suppliers and logistics partners.
- Analyze complex data sets to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions effectively.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across all hubs.
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in complex supply chain environments.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global logistics operations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
- APICS or CSCP certification is considered a significant asset.
