Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations.
- Optimize inventory levels and distribution networks to improve service levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to align operational output with organizational growth targets.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and provide data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global shipping and distribution projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing, multi-site teams.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
