Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce lead times and operational costs.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and procurement workflows to ensure 99%+ fulfillment accuracy.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and strategic vendors to optimize service levels.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to forecast disruptions and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects utilizing Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability standards.
- Report directly to the COO on key performance indicators (KPIs) and quarterly operational roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics operations.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning software.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Certification in CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance and domestic distribution networks.
