Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve service levels and reduce lead times.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance benchmarking for domestic and international suppliers.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to increase operational margins.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure inventory alignment with market demand.
- Manage departmental KPIs and provide transparent reporting to senior executive stakeholders.
- Drive sustainable practices throughout the supply chain to align with corporate ESG goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or distribution management.
- Expert-level proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of global trade compliance, import/export regulations, and carrier management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and cross-functional teams.
- APICS (CSCP or CLTD) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
