Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Utilize ERP and TMS platforms to monitor KPIs and identify bottlenecks in the supply chain.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce operational waste and costs.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle to balance stock availability with capital efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution networks.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Advanced Excel/Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a major plus.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote or diverse teams.
