Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL providers and carriers to ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee multi-site distribution planning, ensuring optimal stock levels across all regional fulfillment centers.
- Analyze complex data sets to forecast demand trends and adjust procurement strategies proactively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, and IT to align operational outputs with corporate revenue targets.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations and environmental safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management or logistics operations within a mid-to-large-scale enterprise.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and WMS software.
- Proven expertise in demand planning, inventory control, and multi-modal transportation management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance remote and on-site teams.
- APICS CSCP or CLTD certification is highly preferred.
