Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce lead times and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless cross-functional workflows.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal safety standards.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams within the operations department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics management.
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain analytics.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets and multi-million dollar inventory portfolios.
- APICS or CSCP certification is a strong plus.
