Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations.
- Implement advanced data analytics to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
- Oversee compliance with safety standards and international trade regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align supply chain performance with company financial goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse or distribution operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse, multi-site teams.
- Deep knowledge of global logistics, freight forwarding, and domestic transportation networks.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
