Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of logistics coordinators, warehouse supervisors, and procurement specialists.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Oversee demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure optimal stock levels across all distribution centers.
- Implement data-driven process improvements using ERP systems to streamline warehouse workflows and reduce cycle times.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with finance and sales departments to align supply chain capacity with organizational revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies or Kaizen continuous improvement principles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics projects and remote or multi-site teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD is highly preferred.
