Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end inventory planning, procurement, and distribution logistics across multiple fulfillment centers.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and supply chain analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Procurement, Sales, and IT to ensure seamless operational integration.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contract terms to optimize cost-to-serve metrics.
- Implement advanced data analytics to monitor performance KPIs and forecast demand fluctuations.
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety standards and international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse workflows and distribution networks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performance teams.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
