Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery partners.
- Leverage advanced analytics to forecast demand, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure product availability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Sales, and Finance to align operational goals with company revenue targets.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
- Oversee vendor performance and negotiate strategic contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and quality compliance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team to cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs clearance, and global shipping logistics.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams and remote stakeholders.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a distinct advantage.
