Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory flow and minimize lead times.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor contract negotiations and relationship management.
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure high efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
- Analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Coordinate with global logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant international shipping operations.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of supply chain coordinators and logistics specialists.
- Direct complex S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycles to align demand forecasting with supply availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Deep proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of global import/export regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale operational budgets and reducing overhead costs.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at the executive level.
- APICS (CSCP or CLTD) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
