- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce operational overhead by at least 15% annually.
- Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate high-value service level agreements.
- Supervise logistics operations across regional distribution centers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address global market fluctuations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems and enhance data transparency.
- Mentor a team of logistics coordinators and supply chain analysts to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record in optimizing procurement and vendor management workflows.
- Deep proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies or APICS certification.
