Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes and vendor relationships.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Oversee demand forecasting, procurement planning, and warehouse capacity management.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards across all distribution nodes.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage budget allocations and operational cost control initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Proven track record of improving operational KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and inventory accuracy.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote or multi-site teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset for continuous process improvement.
