Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and distribution flow.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with global suppliers and 3PL partners to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of ERP and WMS upgrades.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in logistics costs and speed.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by developing robust contingency and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast demand accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven track record of streamlining logistics workflows and reducing operational expenditures.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
