Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs by 15% annually.
- Lead cross-functional teams to oversee end-to-end procurement and inventory lifecycle management.
- Analyze complex data sets to forecast demand and mitigate potential bottlenecks in the supply network.
- Negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and international freight forwarders.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles across regional warehouse facilities.
- Ensure full compliance with global trade regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
- Mentor junior operations staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-backed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or distribution management.
- Proven track record of managing complex global supply chains with a focus on cost-reduction and process optimization.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage remote and on-site cross-functional teams.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
