Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce logistics overhead.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations.
- Implement advanced analytical tools to forecast demand and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate high-value contracts to ensure competitive service level agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance operational throughput and accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain leadership, preferably within a large-scale global logistics environment.
- Deep expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning tools.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering measurable cost-reduction results.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for decision-making.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
