Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, procurement, and last-mile distribution.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Collaborate with international vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure supplier compliance with quality standards.
- Oversee the integration of advanced ERP and SCM software to modernize inventory tracking and demand forecasting.
- Monitor global market trends to proactively adjust operational models in response to geopolitical or economic shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Expert-level proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise-grade ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets and vendor relationships.
- Professional certification such as CSCP or CLTD from ASCM/APICS is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
